Food is our fuel and it is important that it is of the best quality. It must be properly selected and there must not be too much of it. Deficiency causes disease, but excess is also harmful. Perhaps these rules sound brutal and drastic to someone who loves to eat. Perhaps the stress of starvation and missing favorite flavors comes into play. However, given the undeniable health benefits of this way of eating and the fact that you can eat a lot, it’s worth the decision. Dare to try it and brave it before the big change and after a few weeks – the difference will be significant.
